I am going to address this series of false teachings myself in an article. I will post other opinions also.
When a book states that the Pope will be in a rapture any serious Christian has
to take notice of this book. This fairy tell series left behind does not take
much study of the scripture to refute this heresy teaching. The left behind
series is making it's creators rich and famous in the antichrist arena of the
Televangelist.
Tim LaHaye is the
founder and director of the psychologically-oriented Family Life Seminars, Inc.,
now headquartered in Arlington, Texas (originally in Washington, D.C.). --For
seventeen years, wife Beverly was a co-speaker with Tim for Family Life
Seminars; they conducted over 350 of more than 1,000 seminars together. He is
the author of more than 40 books (over 10 million copies in print) on such
topics as family life, temperaments, and prophecy.
Tim is also the
president of Tim LaHaye Ministries, and founder of the Pre-Trib Research Center
(see below). He has an
earned doctorate degree from Western Baptist Seminary, Portland, Oregon. Among
his books is the psychologically-oriented The Act of Marriage, co-written
with Beverly, which has sold more than 2.5 million copies since it was first
printed in 1976.
Tim LaHaye in his left
behind series even claims that the Pope will be in the rapture. There is a
constant connection between the televangelists and the Roman Catholic Church.
Then when looked into we see a constant connection between the Televangelists
and members of the illuminati. This surly should raise the eyebrows of the ones
that are followers of these evangelists. Remember that these books state that
they are a fictional account of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Does it make
sense that when a book states this that the so-called Christian world take it as
fact?
The Lahaye's have also been active in
conservative politics: Tim was a founding member of the Moral Majority and the
Council for National Policy, and Beverly founded the conservative activist group
Concerned Women for America. The televangelists back corrupt immoral politicians
that bear no fruit of the spirit whatsoever. Just consider all of the lies and
untruths that are told by Bush and all of the members of both parties. Does God
allow any reason for the justification of lying or murder?
Tim LaHaye has strong
ties with Rev. Sun Myung Moon and belongs
to many of his organizations as does his wife. There is a tremendous effort by
these men to join all of the religions of the world into one. If men are trying
to join themselves together into one political power it can only happen with the
cooperation of the religious leaders.
