Jerry Falwell seems to be double minded in many ways. It is hard to figure out what he believes in. He told the truth when he stated low morals in America would bring the judgment of God against America. When scolded by President Bush he recanted. A man of God does not worry about criticism from the President of the United States or anyone else. A man of God simply obeys and follows what the word of God states even if his life is on the line.

During a discussion about whether this crisis, 9/11, might bring revival to America, Jerry Falwell said God may have allowed what the nation deserved because of moral decay and said Americans should have an attitude of repentance before God and asking for God's protection. He specifically listed the ACLU, abortionists, feminists, gays, and the People For the American way as sharing in the blame.  Pat Robertson responded with agreement.

The judgment of God is still to come upon America if people do not repent and turn around the low standards and morals that the politicians, as a whole, uphold in their political views and actions. Abortionists, gays, adulators, liars in government, murders, and sins before God bring judgment upon those that reject God. If President Bush does believe these things then he is against God's word. Most of the clergy in our country is immoral and so are our government leaders. Pray that they will repent and accept the Lord Jesus Christ.
