No man can enter into the Kingdom of God without being born of the water and of the spirit.
(John 3:5 KJV) Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, EXCEPT A MAN BE BORN OF WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he CANNOT ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
We see that the Lord has a set plan for entering into his Kingdom. We know that all must come through Jesus Christ (THE KING) in order to enter into his kingdom.
It is important to realize that there is only one Kingdom. The Kingdom of God is the Kingdom of Christ, and is the Kingdom of the Holy Ghost. One Kingdom, one throne, one Lord, one God, one name, one faith, one spirit, one baptism, one church, and one righteous seed of Abraham.
1. One kingdom - (Col 1:13 KJV) Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath TRANSLATED US INTO THE KINGDOM OF HIS DEAR SON.
2. One Throne - v 22:3 KJV) And there shall be no more curse: but THE THRONE OF GOD and OF THE LAMB shall be in it; and HIS SERVANTS SHALL SERVE HIM.
3. ONE LORD, AND ONE GOD - (Deu 6:4 KJV) Hear, O Israel: The LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD.
4. ONE NAME - (Acts 4:12 KJV) NEITHER IS THERE SALVATION in any other: for there is NONE OTHER NAME under heaven given among men, WHEREBY WE MUST BE SAVED. (Phil 2:10 KJV) That at the NAME OF JESUS EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.
5. ONE SPIRIT - (1 Cor 12:13 KJV) For by ONE SPIRIT are we ALL BAPTIZED into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
6. ONE BAPTISM - (Eph 4:5 KJV) ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, ONE BAPTISM.
7. ONE FAITH - (Eph 4:5 KJV) ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, ONE BAPTISM.
The one baptism then that inducts us into the Kingdom of God is the baptism of water and the spirit.
(1 Pet 3:21 KJV) The like figure whereunto even BAPTISM DOTH ALSO NOW SAVE US (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
I have often heard that the prophets of old did not meet the criteria set forth in the bible to have the same baptism as us. Paul addresses this with the Corinthians. This lets us know that they did. There are many areas of ignorance in the so called Apostolic faith of today in addressing these issues. Paul stated to all that he did not want us ignorant, untaught, uneducated, and unlearned about these issues. Let us see if the saints of old met the requirements to enter into the kingdom of God.
(1 Cor 10:1 KJV) Moreover, brethren, I WOULD NOT that ye SHOULD BE IGNORANT, how THAT ALL OUR FATHERS WERE UNDER THE CLOUD, and ALL PASSED THROUGH THE SEA; (1 Cor 10:2 KJV) And WERE ALL BAPTIZED UNTO MOSES in the CLOUD and IN THE SEA; (1 Cor 10:3 KJV) And DID ALL EAT the SAME SPIRITUAL MEAT; (1 Cor 10:4 KJV) And DID ALL DRINK THE SAME SPIRITUAL DRINK: for they DRANK of that SPIRITUAL ROCK THAT FOLLOWED THEM: and that ROCK WAS CHRIST.
The prophets of old were baptized in the cloud and in the Red Sea. The cloud representing the spirit of God, and the Red Sea representing the blood of Jesus. Is it a strange thing that they went into the RED SEA? When I think of red I think of Christ blood. One other point I would like to make clear is that when the Israel of God was baptized there were great signs. The Rea Sea separated, and there was also a pillar of a cloud by day, and a pillar of FIRE by night. I know great signs happened on the day of Pentecost, but do not make light of the great signs that took place when the church in the wilderness was baptized.
The prophets of old were as Holy Ghost filled as you and I, but could not be completed until the promise came in the flesh to be offered as a perfect sacrifice for all.
(1 Pet 1:10 KJV) Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the
grace that should come unto you: (1 Pet 1:11 KJV) Searching what, or what manner of time the SPIRIT OF CHRIST
WHICH WAS IN THEM DID SIGNIFY, when IT TESTIFIED BEFOREHAND THE SUFFERINGS OF CHRIST, and the glory that
should follow.
There is no time in the realm of God, he is eternal. (Rev 13:8 KJV)
And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the
LAMB SLAIN FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD. When some things are done we do not see their beginning, but we do see there appearing, or hear the event in time
at a later date. When light starts it has to travel through our time at so many feet per second. A tree falls, but the sound
must travel to our ears, but the tree fell at an earlier time. Moses was Holy Ghost filled as were many of the
old prophets. I know that it says the Holy Ghost rested on them
and the Holy Ghost came upon them, but it says the same thing, in places, in the New Testament. (Acts 1:8 KJV)
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is COME UPON YOU: and ye shall be witnesses
unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
(Acts 10:44 KJV) While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost FELL ON ALL THEM which
heard the word. (Acts 19:6 KJV) And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost CAME
ON THEM; and they SPAKE with TONGUES, and PROPHESIED. (Num 11:25 KJV) And the LORD CAME DOWN IN A CLOUD, and SPAKE UNTO HIM, and TOOK OF
THE SPIRIT THAT WAS UPON HIM, and GAVE IT UNTO the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that,
when the SPIRIT RESTED UPON THEM, THEY PROPHESIED, and DID NOT CEASE. (Num 11:26 KJV)
But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other
Medad: and the SPIRIT RESTED UPON THEM; and they were of them that were written, but went not
out unto the tabernacle: and THEY PROPHESIED IN THE CAMP.
Now if God took the spirit that was
upon Moses and GAVE IT unto the seventy. Was it not a GIFT OF THE SPIRIT from God unto the
seventy? If we are oneness we believe the Lord is the Holy Ghost that was the cloud.
The way it fell on them in the New Testament was the way it came upon them in the Old Testament. When we are
thrown upon the spiritual bones, prophecy, of the old prophets we come alive. (2 Ki 13:21 KJV) And it came to
pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men; and they CAST THE MAN INTO
THE SEPULCHER OF ELISHA: and when the MAN WAS LET DOWN, and TOUCHED the BONES of
ELISHA, he REVIVED, and STOOD UP ON HIS FEET. Have you ever heard of anyone else's bones containing
the power of the Holy Ghost in this manner? Jesus came and the kingdom of God came with him. (Mat 12:28 KJV) But if I CAST OUT DEVILS BY THE
SPIRIT OF GOD, then the KINGDOM OF GOD IS COME UNTO YOU. The kingdom of Jesus Christ came in
the power of his kingdom on the day of Pentecost. Jesus was established king by taking his throne in the church, and by
spiritually anointing his royal priesthood. When Jesus raised from the dead and
the PERFECT SACRIFICE WAS MADE. The prophets of old came to life
and was seen by many. They now had been inducted into the KINGDOM OF GOD. The promise had come and
fulfilled the plan for all to be saved and enter into the Kingdom not of this world. They too had been
borne
of the water and of the spirit, because they were called SAINTS being made perfect by the blood of Christ
Jesus. They now took part in the first resurrection which is Jesus. Many under the new covenant sleep
now and wait to be united as the saints of old were.
(Mat 27:52 KJV) And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which SLEPT arose, (Mat 27:53)
And CAME OUT OF THE GRAVES AFTER HIS RESURRECTION, and WENT INTO THE HOLY CITY, and APPEARED UNTO MANY.
(1 Cor 15:51 KJV) Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall NOT ALL SLEEP, but we shall all be changed,
(1 Cor 15:52 KJV) In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound,
and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (1 Cor 15:53 KJV) For this corruptible must
put on incorruption, and this MORTAL MUST PUT ON IMMORTALITY. These prophets of old that raised
are not sleeping, they are with Jesus. I know that the saints of old were admitted into the kingdom of God because the word states they are part of the
foundation, and that there is one building. (Eph 2:20 KJV) And are BUILT UPON THE FOUNDATION of
the apostles and PROPHETS, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone. (Eph 2:21 KJV) In whom
all the BUILDING FITLY FRAMED TOGETHER GROWETH unto an HOLY TEMPLE IN THE LORD.
We also know that Moses and Elijah were transformed because they talked with Jesus face to face. (Mat 17:2 KJV)
And was TRANSFIGURED before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as
the light. (Mat 17:3 KJV) And, behold, there APPEARED UNTO THEM MOSES and ELIAS TALKING
WITH HIM. Knowing that there is one kingdom and the one door Jesus. It is a fact that all must come through Jesus, the door.
(John 10:1 KJV) Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that ENTERETH NOT BY THE DOOR into the sheepfold,
but climbeth up SOME OTHER WAY, the SAME IS A THIEF AND A ROBBER. All that enter into the kingdom
of God enter into the rest, the garden, the church, the city new Jerusalem, paradise, and have access to the tree of life.
(Rev 2:7 KJV) He that HATH AN EAR, LET HIM HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT SAITH unto the churches;
To him that OVERCOMETH WILL I GIVE TO EAT OF THE TREE OF LIFE, which is in the MIDST of
the PARADISE OF GOD. We must know that the tree is in the city also, in order to understand that the city is paradise. (Rev 22:14 KJV) Blessed
are they that DO HIS COMMANDMENTS, that they MAY HAVE RIGHT TO THE TREE OF LIFE, and
MAY ENTER IN THROUGH THE GATES INTO THE CITY. Cherubim's are always at the eastern entrances.
The cherubim's represent the true church that has the word (SWORD) within it, or is Holy Ghost filled. You cannot
come into the church, garden, kingdom, or the rest of God without Jesus Christ (THE WORD MADE FLESH). Do not
be ignorant to the fact that the word is made flesh in us. We are his flesh, and bone of his bones. (Eph 5:30 KJV) For
we are MEMBERS of HIS BODY, of HIS FLESH, and of HIS BONES. (Gen 3:24 KJV) So he drove out the man; and HE PLACED AT THE EAST of the GARDEN OF EDEN
CHERUBIM'S, and a FLAMING SWORD (WORD) which TURNED EVERY WAY, to KEEP THE WAY
OF THE TREE OF LIFE. Chebar.htm (Ezek 10:19 KJV) And the
CHERUBIM'S LIFTED UP THEIR WINGS, and mounted up from the earth in my
sight: when they went out, the wheels also were beside them, and every one STOOD AT THE DOOR OF
THE EAST GATE of the LORD'S HOUSE; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above. The garden has a barrier you must come through the church that carries the sword. (1 Cor 1:21 KJV)
For after that
in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the FOOLISHNESS OF
PREACHING TO SAVE them that BELIEVE. The city is fenced; you must come through the gate Jesus.
To enter
into new Jerusalem you must come through the gate called beautiful and become part of the kingdom of God.
(Isa 4:2 KJV) In that day shall the BRANCH OF THE LORD BE BEAUTIFUL and glorious, and the
fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel.
(Rom 14:17 KJV) For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but RIGHTEOUSNESS, AND PEACE, and JOY IN THE HOLY GHOST.
I want to show the full promise of how the kingdom would come. This does away with the ignorance of thinking only one sign must be the initial evidence of the Holy Ghost. What was prophesied by the prophets of old? What would take place when his Holy Spirit would be poured out upon all flesh? This all came with the new covenant being established. The new covenant was not fully established before the day of Pentecost, because the Holy Ghost had not been given to the ones that had believed on Jesus as Messiah. Therefore the quickening of the word in them had not taken place giving the power for them to speak the word of God with boldness, or power.
The new covenant was ratified on the Cross but did not come into authority and power at that time. I know that in Matthew, Jesus had supper with them, and stated the following verse.
(Mat 26:28 KJV) For this is MY BLOOD of the NEW TESTAMENT, which is SHED FOR MANY FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS.
We know Jesus was still teaching. Just as he said in this verse.
(John 20:22 KJV) And when he had said this, HE BREATHED ON THEM, and SAITH UNTO THEM, RECEIVE YE THE HOLY GHOST.
These represented things that would come into effect fully on the day of Pentecost. The prince of peace (JESUS CHRIST) took the throne of the kingdom of God. This happened on the day of Pentecost. Jesus Christ is now King of kings and Lord of lords.
Until the day of Pentecost, the spirit had not been poured out upon the Royal Priesthood, or the Priesthood of the kingdom of God. The power (OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD) did not come until the Holy Ghost fell on the believers of Messiah Jesus.
(Acts 1:8 KJV) But ye shall RECEIVE POWER, after that the Holy Ghost is COME UPON YOU: and ye SHALL BE WITNESSES unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
1. Jesus Christ The Messiah Promised As King:
(Isa 9:6 KJV) For unto us a CHILD IS BORN, unto us a SON is GIVEN: and the GOVERNMENT SHALL BE UPON HIS SHOULDER: and his name shall be CALLED Wonderful, COUNSELOR, THE MIGHTY GOD, THE EVERLASTING FATHER, THE PRINCE OF PEACE. Jesus would rule the government of the kingdom of God.
We know we are in that one kingdom.
(Col 1:13 KJV) Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and HATH TRANSLATED US INTO THE KINGDOM OF HIS DEAR SON.
2. Kingdom Of Christ Jesus An Everlasting Kingdom:
(Psa 145:13 KJV) Thy KINGDOM IS AN EVERLASTING KINGDOM, and thy DOMINION ENDURETH THROUGHOUT ALL GENERATIONS.
3. The New Covenant Being Established:
(Heb 8:10 KJV) For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
(Mat 16:28 KJV) Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.
4. The Kingdom of God coming in power:
Mark 9:1 KJV) And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the KINGDOM OF GOD COME WITH POWER.
(1 Cor 4:20 KJV) For the kingdom of God is NOT IN WORD, BUT IN POWER.
5. Pouring out of his spirit on all flesh :
(Acts 2:17 KJV) And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will POUR OUT OF MY SPIRIT UPON ALL FLESH: and YOUR SONS and YOUR DAUGHTERS SHALL PROPHESY, and YOUR YOUNG MEN SHALL SEE VISIONS, and YOUR OLD MEN SHALL DREAM DREAMS.
6. Prophecy:
Acts 2:38 KJV) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and YE SHALL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY GHOST.
This is the plan of salvation and what will happen if you obey. Is there any greater prophecy?
7. Signs and wonders:
(Joel 2:30 KJV) And I will show WONDERS in the HEAVENS and in the EARTH, BLOOD, and FIRE, and PILLARS OF SMOKE.
(Isa 28:11 KJV) For with STAMMERING LIPS and ANOTHER TONGUE WILL HE SPEAK to this people.
These all are signs that took place on the day of Pentecost when the new covenant came and the spirit was poured out upon all flesh.
Prophecy - Peter's foretelling, and Peter's preaching along with what they were told in tongues!
Most people state it was by whatever sign God wanted to use.
Joel stated:
Joel 2:30 KJV) And I will SHOW WONDERS in the HEAVENS and in the EARTH, BLOOD, and FIRE (CLOVEN TONGUES OF FIRE), and PILLARS OF SMOKE. Please notice the "S" on wonders.
Wonders - 4159. mowpheth, mo-faith'; or mopheth, mo-faith'; from H3302 in the sense of conspicuousness; a miracle; by impl. a token or omen:--MIRACLE, SIGN, WONDER.
Ezekiel saw this happening also and even saw the wind. Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the WIND, prophesy, son of man, and say to the WIND, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the FOUR WINDS, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the BREATH CAME INTO THEM, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.
What do you think this represents? (John 20:22 KJV) And when he had said this, he BREATHED on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
Unknown Tongue - Any tongue not known by a man.
Another Tongue - other languages. What tongue did you speak in when you got the Holy Ghost? If no one knows then it never happened as it did on the day of Pentecost. You spoke in an unknown tongue and the order, for tongues, that Paul placed in 1 Corinthians is to be carried out. (1 Cor 14:37 KJV) If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
People it is the gospel of the kingdom that is to be preached. (Mat 24:14 KJV) And THIS GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM SHALL BE PREACHED IN ALL THE WORLD for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Let us preach the Messianic gospel of the kingdom, and bring the prophecy of the Revelation of Jesus Christ to the ones that are in this kingdom.
May we all come out of the teachings of the traditions of men. May we all completely return to the true complete Apostolic Messianic Doctrine.
Let us never be too proud to admit that we see more. I will not sell out the truth of the word in order to have fellowship.
